PGL Inspire 140C SystemIntroducing Preco Golden Laser (PGL) Inspire 140C
The new Inspire 140C includes a conveyor system that offers cost effective laser solutions for laser processing of roll textile materials. Laser-cutting textiles has many advantages including the laser’s ability to seal the cut edge fibers together to prevent fraying as well as the ability to cut small details down to tens of thousandths of an inch.

New Features Enhance Preco's Screen Printing Equipment

New features enhance Preco's screen printing equipment. Preco's web-based MTS Series screen printing lines are most often associated with just about anything involving circuitry–from flexible circuitry to blood glucose test strips to thin-film solar cells.

Try these new "tools" to make your MTS Series even more productive:

  • A mode for liquid-imageable photo mask or resist (LPI): Preco's programmable register screen movement and dual squeegee modes allow the user to produce double-printed wet coverage over an entire flexible circuit, in order to prepare it for our tack-free drying, and then out to an OEM web photo tool.
  • Through-hole printing: We put our own spin on an old idea, using synchronized wicking to remove overprint conductive paste during the print process.
  • Solar cell assembly: Preco has just applied for a patent to take silver ink printed cells and convert them into an array, using proprietary ink and lamination techniques.
